Are you going through a difficult challenge in your life right now, perhaps of the kind that seems like it’s impossible to overcome or like a mountain that cannot be crossed over? Don’t let yourself be subject to those around you who have nothing else to offer but negative words.
Have hope in Jesus because He knows all about you and your situation, and He wants to help you because He “cares for you”. That’s what it says in I Peter 5:7.
But He wants to hear from you. He wants you to pray to Him asking Him for His help. Prayer not only allows us to communicate with God, but it also shows that we have faith in Him because without faith, the Bible says, we cannot please God. We read in the epistle to Hebrews where it says: “But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6).
And so go ahead, talk to Jesus, you have nothing to lose but a miracle to gain.
